As an Integral part of the Second Gujarat State Highway Project, the Government wants to develop and implement updated strategies and integrated, multi-year action plans for the enhancement and strengthening of policies, governance, accountability and institutional capacities in the state's road sector. Accordingly, the government engaged advisor/facilitator for this assignement. The facilitator has in consultation with World Bank and R & BD, GoG prepared Institutional Strengthening and Governance & Accountability matrix.
